  2. Laminate the NTC-HV and PS harnesses Assembly Name: PP1 Penetration Tape Parts requires: ISP HV –NTC PCB ISP PS PCB Tools/Consumables: 1. supporting block for NTC-HV 2. supporting block for PS 3. alcohol 4. roller 5. 3M™ VHB™ Tape 25mm 6. Kapton (thickness 0,17mm) 7. Kapton Tape 25mm

  3. Laminate the NTC-HV and PS PSB 3M™ Tape Inspect HV PCB visually. Remove label. Clean PCB surface with alcohol. Attach 3M™ Tape (See diagram) (use a roller). Attach Kapton(use a roller) Attach 3M™ Tape (See diagram) (use a roller.) Install the HV PCB in the supporting block. remove the foil and set the following PCB. Follow task from 2 to 8. Kapton 3M™ Tape

  4. Laminate the NTC-HV and PS PSB Inspect PS PCB visually. Remove label. Clean PCB surface with alcohol. Attach 3M™ Tape (See diagram) (use a roller). Attach KaptonTape Attach 3M™ Tape (See diagram) (use a roller.) Install the PS PCB in the supporting block. Remove the foil and set the following PS PCB. Follow task from 2 to 8. 3M™ Tape Kapton Tape
