2. Passion & Compassion Community Food Distribution Mission Statement • To address the immediate nutritional needs for the food insecure through: • the operation of an efficient food acquisition and distribution system • community outreach • faith-based assistance all of which shows the love of Jesus and that brings glory to God.

3. Meeting the Needs of a Hungry Community • This project is a conduit for other outreach ministries to bring large amounts of fresh produce to our local Riverdale Park community and surrounding areas.

4. P&C: A Reliable Food Resource • Our partner organizations and the community count on P&C as a consistent source of healthy produce.

5. Effective Distribution Processes • P&C has developed efficient, reliable methods for handling a tremendous volume of fresh produce that achieves remarkable results: over a thousand hungry people fed monthly.

6. Distribution Process Overview • Our delivery capacity ranges from vans to SUVs to refrigerated heavy-duty trucks that transport up to thousands of pounds of food per trip. • The food is off-loaded at our distribution center with machinery that handles the pallet-sized loads. • Once the shipment is organized and sorted, the boxes and bags are readied for give-away to the many individuals and our partner organizations.

7. Donor Participation • We are thankful for Taylor Farms for their consistent donations of thousands of pounds of fresh produce.

8. Volunteer Commitment • We cannot continue to meet the needs of the community without faithful volunteers.

9. An Ever-Increasing Demand • P&C and our partners are at the front lines of an ever-increasing demand. Our combined efforts have developed a robust and reliable network that provides nutritious produce to our neighbors.

At P&C: God is the True Source • The goal of this outreach ministry of Christian Life Center is to be an example to other ministries and to our community that God is the ultimate source. • He supplies the needs of His people. P&C shows this by providing food solutions to those who otherwise may not eat.

Recognition • Passion & Compassion Outreach Ministry gives first honor to our Triune God: Our Father, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit for loving and entrusting us with His mission to provide food and share the love of Jesus with our community and beyond. • We also thank all of those that support this operation making it a flourishing and beneficial tool for our area.
