Special communication needs • Old patients (learning,memory,attention,generation gap ,self-diagnosis and self-treatment. • Communication impairments (vision,speech,hearing and aphasia). • Terminally ill patients:need supportive relationships. • Patients with mental health problems. • Patients with low health literacy. • Caregivers.
