Design a national multidimensional poverty measure to: • Monitor trends and subgroups disparities (regional, ethnicity, others) • Inform policy to improve targeting • Increase coordination and accountability among Gov. institutions Purpose of the Measure Unit of Analysis Household: To capture the overall welfare situation of families in Nigeria

  3. Dimensions & Indicators Poverty cutoff: k ≥ 1/3 (equivalent of being completely deprived in one dimension)
