  4. Inappropriate Academic Behaviour • Plagiarism • Cheating • Misuse of confidential materials • Research and Scholarship Misconduct

  6. Offences: Inappropriate Behaviour in the Community • Disruption • Discrimination • Malicious Material • Retaliation • Unfounded Allegations • Violations of Safety or Dignity

  7. Offences: Property and Resources • Damage to Property • Unauthorized use of Facilities, Equipment, Materials, Services or Resources

  8. Sanctions - Minor • Instructors may dismiss a student from class for disruption. • Only sanction available to instructors – all other issues must be referred to the Dean.

  9. Sanctions - Intermediate Deans can impose: • Zero on assignment • Grade reduction or F • Notation (8) on transcript • Conduct probation

  10.
