Our Portal/EDDIE • We made a conscious effort to keep our brand in the portal • All public pages have been branded • We utilized style guides to keep the public pages branded • All staff were given very clear instructions as to how the brand should look on EDDIE

Style Guide • Colors: Black only • Options: May be bold, italic or underlined • Alignment: Left only • Other Guidelines for text & headers • Must NEVER appear in all caps • Bullets must be square and in the Cherokee Red color • Pictures • May only be taken from the Photo Library located at: Public/Marketing/Branded Pics • Only use the approved Mark of Excellence located in the Photo Library • Photos or graphics from our website www.ecu.com may be used (for example: you may use the ScoreCard logo that is posted on our website • Review • All public pages will be reviewed by the Passageways Committee and our Marketing Department regularly to ensure that these guidelines are being followed. • We take this “Branding Thing” seriously, baby!
Branding the old • Our old intranet was not branded • Employees used it only as a stop to receive information
Branding the old • Using rich text editor we were able to give the information employees were looking for in a branded manner • The information was able to be accessed in two clicks • Staff having the most accurate information to confidently educate and advise our members
What’s New at Our CU? • When employees sign in they are redirected to “What’s New at Our CU?” Public page • This page contains all of our current promotions and up to date and useful information for employees
Giving Employees a Choice • All approved branded artwork is in a public folder • Employees that are making public pages use branded art • Artwork ties into a certain product or service brochure
