  3. Solution: peer facilitation thru relevant input and VLE forum exchange

  4. Individual learning in a cohesive group benefits more than through one to one training, & individuals often exceed their own perceived potential. Should an individual´s input & learning curve be sacrificed for a harmonious group dynamic?
