Alternate Assessment Timelines, BIA AUGUSTTOMARCH MARCH 21TOAPRIL 7 MAY APRIL • Teachers beginassessmentprocessusing hard copies • Update Form 2 • Complete Form 4,Parent Interview • Provide instruction • on Forms 5 A-D • Teachers complete point-in-timeForms 5 A-DScore Sheets • Update Forms 2and 4**, if needed • Make photocopies of assessments toprepare forsubmission to AADSI (Alternate Assessment Data System, Internet) in Tucson Unified School District. • Put photocopies of assessments in the mail to the address below • April 8, 2005 is the due date • April 11 through 29, 2005, AADSI will validate and input data into system • AADSI will contact you for any necessary error correction • AADSI will finalize data, create official reports • Assessments and official reports will be sent to Luvette Russell, BIA, for distribution return to Agency schools Mail assessments to Cathy Taylor, EdAnnex/Accountability and Research, Tucson Unified School District, 442 E. 7th Street, Tucson, AZ 85705 **School personnel must interview parents unless parents choose not to participate09/16/04 Questions?
