  6. Chief Residents • Breakout sessions at future conferences • Assess the needs of Chief Residents • Chief Resident’s Forum • Eventually would like to develop a NMPRA sponsored retreat/training for future chiefs.

  8. NMPRA Research Grant • Will be announced this month • Monetary support for Med-Peds Research • Winners would present their research at our conference • Promote Med-Peds Scholarship

  9. Med Student Representation • Committee of Med-Peds Medical Students • Chairman Nicholas Darby, MS2 at U of Alabama • Goals • Student Representative to be present on conference calls • Assess the needs of the average MS1-4 that is thinking about Med-Peds. • Create MPIG chapters at programs that do not currently have one.
