  1. eXPRESS Utilizing Land Home Financial Services, Inc Agency Pricing Engine

  2. Access The Wholesale Loan Portal - eXPRESS Click Here

  3. Input Username and Password And Click Sign In

  4. Click here to start Upload

  5. Once “Price and Forward Lock” button is clicked. Our pricing engine opens.

  6. Section 1: Lien Information Input loan amount. Tab or click to next field. Required fields are marked with Red Dot. 250000 Some of the required fields not regularly used have zeros as defaults. All fields are editable.

  7. Section 2: Loan Information Tab thru to each field or click with mouse Appraisal Amount will auto fill from the Price/Estimated Value. You may edit this if needed. Loan Purpose – Select From Purchase Refi Cash out Refi Rate-Term/Limited C.O. FHA Streamline Refi VA Rate Reduction Input Purchase Price / Estimated Value Fields with default are editable. 265000 265000 Refi C/O – Total Cash Out inputted 94.33 94.33 Remember fields marked with a Red Dot are required. Waive Escrows – No means that escrows will be collected. Yes means that escrows will not be collected and a charge for escrow waiver will be applied to the pricing. CLTV will auto fill. If actual CLTV different you may edit the window. These fields only need to changed if there is a HELOC involved with the loan. This required field will be completed for you based on earlier input. This date is typically todays date if you are pricing. You may select Yes or No at the loan level. Note: Not all loans allow Fee to be part of rate. Include Admin Fee: This will be defaulted based on your compensation agreement with LHFS. Select: Lender Paid or Borrower Paid

  8. Section 3: Borrower Information If just pricing a loan. Borrower Name is not required. Will be required if a lock is requested Fields with RedDots are required. For pricing input credit score and DTI Using the TAB key will move you thru fields or click field with mouse. 45 740 Default entries are editable. These will increase the number of products that your borrower may qualify for. Updating default entries will narrow the product search.

Section 4: Property Information Tab thru to each field or click with mouse • Select Property Type • Single Family / Multi-Unit • Condo • PUD • Manufactured/Double-wide • Modular • Townhouse • Condotel • Non-Warrantable Condo Select # of Units 1 Unit 2 Units 3 Units 4 Units • Select Occupancy • Primary Residence • Second Home • Investment Property Fields with RedDots are required. Colorado Jefferson 1 Select State Where subject property located. This will allow the counties to show properly in next window. Select County By selecting the proper county the correct maximum loan amount will be checked. Select Total Financed Props (including subject)

  10. Choose the loan type that you are looking to price. You may select up to 3 selections. A minimum of 1 must be selected. Section 5: First Lien Search Criteria Tab thru to each field or click with mouse You may select Fixed and/or ARM. Select up to 3 different loan terms. A minimum of 1 is required. If ARM is checked. You may select up to 3 ARM Terms. A minimum of 1 must be selected You may leave all the defaults checked. Or only select the product type and expanded guidelines you need. MI Selection Yes – Borrower Paid MI. No - LPMI Select The AUS Not Specified DU LP Manual/Traditional Interest Only and Prepayment Penalty selections is for Non-QM expanded programs.

  11. When you have inputted all required fields. You can….. Save Loan Scenario: (This Step Not Required) Clicking these you will be saving your pricing scenario within the LHFS pricing engine. **It will not be found in eXPRESS. Click: Search This will open a new window with pricing options.

  12. When “Search” has been clicked this window appears. Greyed out fields are not editable. All others my be edited. Once edited click Re-Submit. Select MI Provider by clicking on down arrow. Click here to calculate MI. Complete required fields and click submit. Input subject property zip code. Click Submit

  14. To View Pricing Grid and Select Rate To select Rate click on the Price. A line will appear under the price. Pricing grid window opens. Pricing is displayed as lender credit to borrower. Loan Level Price Adjustments (LLPA) are located in this section Always read the notes at the bottom of window Click on the Eligible Product that is best for your borrower(s)

  15. Forward Lock Loan Fields with Red Dots are required Once the price has been clicked this screen will open Complete all required fields Once you click request lock you will be able to exit out of the pricing engine. You will receive a Land Home Financial Services, Inc “lock Confirmation” via email within 24 hours Click Request Lock
