  10. Leadership Dilemmas … 1 – You sense that teacher A is spending all the class’s time on poetry, and not preparing them for English reading and writing skills. What do you do? 2 – An earnest, reliable student asks to move to another Maths group because he feels unchallenged and that the teacher doesn’t know his stuff. What do you do? 3 - You’ve moved a student to a different group because of his behaviour. A parent of a ‘good’ student in this new group phones to question the rationale. What do you do?
