What is the DD Suite? An enterprise data management system • Provides customizable internal functions for Councils and an external reporting mechanism for federal annual PPR • Improves data integrity, validity, and accuracy • Raises the level of accountability, measurement of performance, and transparency for the public www.ddsuite.org
What are the benefits? • Stores all project data electronically • Flexibility in report design • Generates Annual Program performance Report (PPR) • PPR files compatible with OLDC • Reduced administrative time www.ddsuite.org
What is the DD Suite? • Project Management System • First Developed in 2003 in Microsoft Access • To manage grants and activities • To simplify federal reporting • Expanded to do much more • Prepare reports (Project Updates) • Create Press Releases and other public relations communications • Aid in strategic and financial planning www.ddsuite.org

What is the DD Suite National Partnership? An intergovernmental partnership • 37 DD Councils • The National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities (NACDD) • The U.S. Administration on Developmental Disabilities (ADD) www.ddsuite.org
The DD Suite Partnership • Originated at the 2004 TA Institute • Began in 2005 with VT, ME, MD, and AZ • Eleven more States joined in 2006 • Expanded to include 37 Councils as of today www.ddsuite.org

4.0 – Decision to Move to Online • Increased Councils meant more maintenance time • New model needed • Centrally managed • Improved visual accessibility • Increased grantee interaction • Better information to Council members, policymakers, the public www.ddsuite.org
