  1. TEMPO Aquatics A USA year round competitive swim team offering high quality, professional coaching and technique instruction for ages 6-18 years.

  2. Head Coach Patti Rothwell Graduated Northwestern Univ. with a BS in Education First woman to attend NU on a swimming scholarship Bronze medals in British Empire Games trials and Olympic Trials Joined Pacific Swimming in 1981 Age group coach for over 25 yrs

  3. Aim Our plan is to work with all swimmers who are trying to improve themselves in the water. This could mean "in speed", "in style", "in understanding", using instruction, auditory / visual / tactile feedback, physical conditioning, peer review  and competition. Lots of fun too!

  4. Coach Ben Bethune Swam for Montevideo, LHS, San Jose Aquatics, De Anza College and UC Santa Cruz. Has his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Education and Math Teaches Math at LHS where he coaches the JV/Varsity teams. Coaches Montevideo Cabana swim team

  5. Coach Spencer Hammaker • Has swam for competitively for 16 yrs • Coached summer league, USA age group, USA senior and Masters swimming • Swam for Leigh High School • Works for Norcal Swim Shop

  6. Team Manager Pauline Wilson and Linda Lindt have each been involved in competitive swimming for more than 10 years. They can answer your questions regarding the website, billing, Swim Connection and attending swim meets.
