Vice-President • Responsible for chapter membership • Organize the ‘Speed Networking Event – Future in 4 minutes’ with APhA-ASP • Advertise P&T competition, recruit students to participate • MUST have prior P&T competition experience to run for the position Email Jason Lee (lee.3994@osu.edu) for more information.

  4. Treasurer • Draft chapter budget every semester • Maintain accurate financial records and receipts • Advise President and Vice President on available funds for events, and allocate funds as needed • Apply for the university/ college funding • Reimbursements/ ordering food for general meetings Email Nirj Zaveri (zaveri.12@osu.edu) for more information.

  5. Secretary • Maintains records of Board meetings and provides copies after meetings to the chapter • Maintains online calendar tracking meetings, events and other AMCP related activities • Draft report every semester including all relevant information for chapter operations Email Ally Stojkoska (stojkoska.1@osu.edu) for more information.

  6. Director of Programming • Work with chapter advisor and contact/ recruit potential speakers for AMCP meetings • Work with the President to determine meeting dates and reserve meeting rooms • Order food for AMCP general meetings Email Amalia Hayes (hayes.646@osu.edu) for more information!

  7. P&T Competition Chair • Make Team Assignments • Actively advertise the competition and help recruit participants and judges • Prepare all necessary equipment and materials for the P&T competition • Assist with organizing AMCP information forum and Award Banquet • MUST have prior P&T competition experience to run for the position Email Felix Tran(tran.250@osu.edu) for more information.

  8. External Relations Chair • Assist with finding external sponsors • Communicate with external contacts regarding potential collaboration and sponsorship Email Vanessa Ko (ko.149@osu.edu) for more information.

  9. Fundraising Chair • Assist with organizing existing/ new fundraising events • Assist with implementing the ‘Speed Networking Event – Future in 4 minutes’ • Suggest new fundraising ideas • In charge of Rose Sale at Hooding Ceremony (Pharmacy Graduation) Email Blake Toney (toney.44) or Andrew Lintz (lintz.19) for more info!
