Apakah kita sedang memajukan tata pemerintahan yang baik atau kependudukan yang aktif? • how can social accountability concepts and tools help improve our work? Bagaimana konsep dan alat akuntabilitas sosial dapat meningkatkan kerja kita? • how do we move forward and what can we do next? Bagaimana kita bisa maju dan apa yang bisa dilakukan berikutnya?

Apa yang di capai melalui proses yang ada? • government responsiveness Kemampuan reaksi pemerintah • organization/capacities of citizen groups Organisasi atau kapasitas kelompok masyarakat • access to information Akses pada informasi • applying local values and practices Penerapan nilai-nilai lokal dan prakteknya • what are the challenges we are facing? Tantangan apa yang sedang kita hadapi?

  9. for such engagement to happen, we need … • Spaces, structures, systems, champions, resources for citizen engagement • Accessible, sufficient, quality information on government processes, decisions, policies, actions, projects • Independent media that can help empower citizens by providing relevant information • Strong citizen organizations: strategic vision, effective systems, adequate staffing, able to mobilize people and resources, strong links with other organizations/allies • Use of cultural values, practices to promote effective citizen engagement
