Aims of the Program • To share knowledge on central issues related to music festival management • To advance networking, international co-operation and facilitate joint projects especially between Russian and Finnish festivals
Structure • Three two-day modules • Carrying-out individual or team projects under the guidance of international consultants • Business meetings and activities with participation of festivals’ managers, art agents and other specialists from Finland • Educational trip to Finland
Methodology • Theoretical lectures are endorsed through practical group assignments and the participants’ own projects • Events and meetings with Finnish festival managers, agents and experts enable the launch of new networks, joint-projects or international co-operation in an easy and feasible way for everyone
