Pre-activity foods should exclude: Fatty foods Gas forming foods Salt tablets Nutritional supplements Drink plenty of water or electrolyte drinks!! Nutrition Remember that the total diet consumed during the days before the eventis far more important than the meal eaten immediately prior to strenuous exercise!!
