TV MINISTRY & LIVE STREAMING Our TV Ministry has undergone several upgrades in recent days, and a huge “thank you” goes out to Doug Lee, our Media Director, and his crew for helping bring them about. These upgrades were made possible by a significant gift to the church by one of our members; for this we’re also very grateful, and because of it, many will get to share in God’s Word from this place throughout the world. Please note these changes: • We now video our service in high definition • You still can watch us on COX Cable Channel 61, though in SD, at 11:00-12:00 on Sundays • We live stream at 10:45 on Sundays on BoxCast; you can get there by going to www.fbcp. org > Worship > Live Church Broadcast. CHURCH DINNER Wednesday, March 14 MENU: Chicken Pot Pie, Salad, Dessert EASTER SUNDAY - April 1, 2018 THE FLOWERING of the CROSS The “flowering of the cross” is a beautiful representation of the new life that emerges following Jesus’ death on Good Friday. Despite its function as a brutal form of execution, the cross stands at the center of our faith as a symbol of life. On Easter morning, please bring flowers to decorate the cross following the early worship service, prior to Bible Study. The entire cross will be covered with flowers, prominently placed outside the ROC, representing the new life in our risen Lord. Hallelujah!
