Agree that former spouse gets ½ of retirement earned; then 2 years after divorce becomes final military spouse gets VA rating of 90% or 100% and takes VA Disability in lieu of retirement ½ of zero is??? NEW US SUPREM COURT CASE MUDDIES THE WATERS!!!!

Stay where you want and when you want, VRBO, Air B&B, etc. Pay only for the time you need.
