Company Profile and History • A pioneer company in manufacturing of single piece self standing carbonated beverage bottles to Pepsi Foods Ltd, Coca Cola Ltd. & Cadbury Schweppes. • Our customer profile includes leading global players in India e.g. Pepsi, Dabur, Levers, Perfetti, Wipro, Cadilla, Dey’s Medical, Cavin Kare, Duncans, Shaw Wallace, ITC Agro Tech, Heinz • Research & Development is a top priority for innovation and development of newer polymers for a wide range of products demanding higher shelf life, hot fill able plastic bottles and barrier properties to pack juices, beer etc. • Promoted by Mr. J Ahuja, a successful entrepreneur and experienced businessman • Started Injection Molding Business in 2001 with Caps and Closures for Dabur & Perfetti. • In 2003, Jyoti packers was the first company in India to import state of the art stretch blow molding machines from Sidel, France to setup a high technology bottle blowing process exclusively used for Carbonated Beverage bottles.

Production Facilities • An ISO 9000 certified Plant. • 16 fully automatic Injection Stretch Blow molding PET lines from ASB Nissei, Japan, 2 Stretch Blow molding PET lines From Sidel, France and 5 Injection molding machines from Ferromatic, Italy • Factory is supported by 100% power back-up with adequate compressed air and chilled water ancillaries, Air-conditioned premises for top class quality control, hygiene and dust free environment and In house Tool Room for Mould development and maintenance facilities. .
