  3. Weekly Events • Local leader is trained to hold weekly Events with new prospects • FREE • Usually held in someone’s home or business • 5th Grade Level: The presentation is simple and lasts only 45 minutes • Use the weekly meeting powerpoint or Tear Sheets

Monthly Events • Invite an expert to present • Upline or higher rank or expert on subject • More in depth information than weekly meetings • Larger Venue • Hotel, Restaurant, Business Offices • Try to combine several nearby areas led by different local leaders • Paying for the Venue • IPCs contribute/guests are free, raffle, charge for meal

Quarterly Events • Invite a Dynamic, Excellent Speaker • Someone who can draw in a crowd (Owners, Master Distributor, Highly ranked IPCs who are talented speakers) • Larger Venue • Hotel, Dinner Event • Try to combine many local leaders from a larger geographical area (people will travel up to 2 hours) • Paying for the Venue • Each attendee pays for themselves, IPCs pay for guests, IPCs can use this event as an incentive program

Annual Event • CONVENTION - Be there!!! - Get as many of your team members there!!! • Product Education - Networking • Business Training - Motivational Speakers • New Product Releases • It is the best way to solidify your team leaders. Those who attend see much greater success in their business.

  9. 4 by 5 Model • 4 Stands for 4 different Areas • Build a team and train a local leader in 4 different Geographic Areas • Select your areas based on where you and your downline have contacts • Try to select areas close to you to minimize travel expenses (after your doTERRA check increases, you can afford to travel farther)

  11. 4 by 5 Model • 5 Stands for 5 Leaders • Find 5 Leaders in your downline that will duplicate exactly what you have done • These 5 Leaders will build a team and train local leaders in 4 geographic areas until those leaders are independent • Local leaders will continue the duplication process

  12. The Key to Residual Income • Months 1–4 (4 areas of your own) • Months 5–8(24 areas, 4 of your own plus your 5 leaders’ 4 areas) • Months 9–12 (96 areas, when you find local leaders for all 24 areas, they will then build their own 4 areas) • Months 13-16 (384 areas)
