  2. Electroloysis • Defined as permanent hair removal by FDA • As of today there is no other permanent method of hair removal available for: gray hair, eyebrow hair, and resistant hairs after laser hair removal • A Much Needed Profession!

  3. Who Can Perform Hair Removal Procedures? • There are many avenues to approach to answer this question! • Regulator factors are governed by the following: FDA OSHA Individual State Regulations

  4. Regulatory Agencies: • State Board of Medical License • State Board of Nursing • State Board of Cosmetology • Electrology Licensing Agencies • Governmental Radiation & Energy Agencies
