To do… • Read D-3 • Copy: • Active (volcano): A volcano that is currently erupting, showing signs that it is likely to erupt in the near future, or has erupted in recorded history. • Dormant (volcano): A volcano that has not erupted for at least 10,000 years, but according to scientists may erupt again. • Extinct (volcano): A volcano that scientist do not ever expect to erupt again. • Nuclear Waste: Radioactive (potentially dangerous) material that is disposed of because it is not useful. • Copy the Challenge Question • Read D-4 • Oldest person at table read out loud
