I was chained To a fence my whole life
I was starved so I Would fight
I was forced To Fight So My Owner would get Money, I always wanted to Please you so I fought for you
I Never wanted to fight All I wanted was to Be loved
If we didn’t win the match We would sometimes Be shot, drowned, electrocuted Or just left to starve and die
I Always Lived in Fear Wondering if My life would end today
For Some of us, Help Came too Late
As I laid on my side, Taking my last breaths I wonder Of what could have Been…….
I never knew love And I would never know Because my life was ended All because of dog fighting
I could have been a Great dog if u had Given me a chance…. A chance that I never got
