Language Trends survey 2014The health of the sector • Some worrying trends: • Languages post-16 decreasing • 43% of independent schools report decline.
Language Trends survey 2014The health of the sector • Languages at primary: • 75% offer French • 20% offer Spanish • Transition to secondary is a concern • Only 11% liaise with secondary schools. • Only 27% enable pupils to continue same language at secondary
