  3. Independent Representatives • Works with 5 million independent representatives around the globe • Meeting the challenges of a diverse workforce, one solution has been more innovative training • This training includes a mentor, training materials supplied by Avon, and new online courses

  4. Avon’s Beauty of Knowledge Website • Provides 19 courses on topics ranging from makeup application to money management • Offers standardized training • Now possible to take courses on their own schedules • In seven months 850,000 courses have been completed
