  5. Technology Is Your Friend • Communication strained due to distance • Couldn’t do this project without a cell • Facebook as a communication channel • Communication with sponsor provided success • On the same page • Goals and expectation were clear • Provided direction

  6. Organization Was the Key • I was disorganized in high school • Starting projects with no goals/ideas • Benefits of MS Project • Clear focused steps • Time Limits • Everyone has an assigned task • Everything was visible in one spreadsheet/graph

  7. Group Size • This was a lesson about myself • Group size can be a hindrance • Other people’s schedules • Different opinions • Power struggles • I prefer to work solo whenever possible
