  3. Survey Results: Overview • Total of 29 HEIs responded - 62% of membership • HEIs classified into one of four categories* • HEI + medical school • other multifaculty • (3) creative • (4) other (PG, healthcare, education specialist) • * Note UUK briefing on competition law

  10. Changes in PG numbers – All domiciles UK PG(T) Non-EU PG(T) Problems with UKBA for visa clearances did not feature as a key reason for decreases in non-EU PG numbers

  15. Other Comments • Likely decline in PG(T) market will impact on PG(R) • Better availability of funding for PG students required • Need richer data sources • Disaggregate student numbers from immigration totals
