FTMS COURSE INFORMATION Visa processing & registration fee VISA Application Document Please provide all the following documents:  Application Form.  10 copies of passport size photograph (size: 3.5cm x 5cm) with “WHITE” background.  3 clear copies of passport, all pages including blank pages. Preferably, information page in colour.  “CERTIFIED” academic certificates & results including secondary and / or higher secondary school transcripts.  Medical Health Examination Report  Recent Resume / CV (if applicable).  Eligibility Letter / No objection letter (only for Iranian and Sudanese)  Sponsor letter (if any). 30 Years of Excellence in Education

FTMS COURSE INFORMATION Visa processing & registration fee Terms and Conditions: • Fees are applicable to students registering or re-registering for the Year 2017 semester. • Visa processing fees must be paid in full upon submission of student registration documents • International students are required to pay the Administration fees and the first year tuition fee upon visa approval. Upon receiving these fees, FTMS will send the original Visa Approval Letter to the student. • If payment is not received by the due date, students will be assessed with late charges of USD 8 per day. This late charge will be reflected immediately and must be settled together with the payment amount due. • An additional sum of USD 9,000 for Undergraduate, USD 16,000 for Postgraduate and USD 7,500 for Professional Programmes student will be charged in accordance with the Academic Regulations for students who extend their course duration. • Please note no refund or deferment is allowed in any circumstances. • Payment to EMGS and Immigration is inclusive of 6% GST • FTMS reserves the right to vary or cancel any of the terms and conditions described here. 30 Years of Excellence in Education
