Kamias/Iba cold Juice Drink ala spriteIngredients and Steps:a.) wash kamias and remove the red leavesb.) mashed the kamias with a fork to extract the juicec.) pour the juice into a cold water pitcherd.) mix with brown sugar or pure honeye.) put plenty of iceTips:a.) 2 small kamias is equivalent to a glass of water per personb.) brown sugar amount is according to taste, same with pure honeyc.) save the pulp of the kamias for kitchen cleaning use such as soakthe plastic chopping board with kamias pulp overnight for a whiterlookd.) preferably use wood chopping board, cleaner and sustainable, heatunder the sun to dry after cleaning

Raw SaladIngredients and Steps:a.) wash kamote red leaves and slice very thinlyb.) remove sayote cover but first slice its thin top and rub on top toavoid sticky stain when handling sayotec.) cut into half and remove the seeds and white mid partd.) slice very thinly sayotee.) remove pineapple cover including the eyes and save the mid hard portionf.) slice very thinly pineappleg.) sprinkle salt, tiny sliced cubes garlic and onions (few)h.) mix together the uniformed thin slices of raw kamote leaves,sayote and pineapplei.) optional: a dash of olive oil or virgin coconut oil

Puso Saging/ Banana Heart SteakIngredients and Steps:a.) remove hard cover but save the saging bulaklak/banana blossoms fornext recipeb.) wash and prick on two sidesc.) boil in pot/kaserola in half full waterd.) after first boiling point, turn off the firee.) get the lukewarm cooked puso saging and insert thin stick or toothpicks before slicing per half inch thickf.) the toothpick or stick keeps them whole instead of falling into piecesg.) keep/save the fallen pieces for the next recipeh.) marinate the sliced puso saging on stick with kalamansi juice and toyo/soy saucei.) two hours of marination is okay but overnight makes it saltyj.) deep fry in coconut oilk.) in separate pan fry in little coconut oil thin slices of onionsl.) use the frying pan with little oil and pour the marinated sauce and boil slightlym.) to serve the puso saging steak place the sliced onions on top and pour the boiled marinated sauce
