  3. FirstNationalReport COPDES Presidential commission is  responsible for preparing the country reports.

MeasuringMDGs RD: Situationsencountered • COPDES REPORT. 2004 AND 2008 Lack of coordination between institutions.Insufficient national sources.The indicators are not measured or published in a systematic way.Series with methodological differences in the sourcesLack of consistent time series.Shortage of baseline data.Considerable difficulties in the indicators: MDG 6 and MDG 7.
