NN ONE • NN One is a project aimed at increasing the capacity of Local Councils in Northamptonshire. ‘Exploitation’ of technology will enable local councils to become more efficient and effective, higher tier authorities will benefit from improved communications.Lead partner: NCALC • Replicate the proven ‘Leicestershire Model’ to provide a county wide: • Database of local council contacts (with real time feed) • A – Z of Services directory • View of undecided planning applications NN ONE Connecting Council Information In Northamptonshire

UK Local Councils • (www.localcouncils.org) • UK Local Councils (UKLC) is a platform built to equip local councils with the tools and knowledge to deliver high quality, online information and services to the communities that they serve. • Technology infrastructure joins up information and service delivery across the three tiers of local government. • Home to local council websites engineered to 'exploit' the connectivity provided by the infrastructure's architecture. • Facilitates a community of professional local council web authors, working together to share knowledge, experience and best practice to deliver continually improving quality of information and services to their customers.

Contribution • A small contribution is required from each partner authority to assist with making NN ONE sustainable in Northamptonshire. • Connection set up fee (variable one off) £600 + VAT per day • UKLC Infrastructure annual usage fee £500 + VAT per year (per authority) NN ONE Connecting Council Information In Northamptonshire
