A multi-level infrastructure and system of support - transferrable across multiple programs - builds, sustains, and improves capacities for implementing the CPM and getting to outcomes Ensure all of this through connections, partnerships, communication, policy/fiscal, data systems and processes supports, etc. Statewide & State-Level Feedback One Strong Contribution among CFPIC, CWDA, CalSWEC, CDSS Peer networking and learning (across counties & RTAs) Regional Level Feedback SUPPORT Support counties to assess, install, strengthen capacities Carry out own local CPM implementation processes County-Level SUPPORT
