Mothers Example Proverbs 31:10-31 The Proverbs writer spends a great deal of time talking about the Virtuous Women. Notice the terminology used to describe her.

The Role of “MOM” IS… …Exalted yet Lowly …Has Loftiest Goals yet Menial tasks …Heroic in children’s eyes yet an unworthy pursuit in society. …position of authority long before others (Proverbs 1:8, 6:20-21, 29:15)
The Mother’s Example Spiritually
Mothers Example: SpirituallyFaithful Christian Attendance – Hebrews 10:24-25 - 24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, 25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

Mothers Value Mankind will Die – Genesis 3:20 - 20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve, because she was the mother of all living. Not Seen till She is Gone – Acts 9:39 - 39 Then Peter arose and went with them. When he had come, they brought him to the upper room. And all the widows stood by him weeping, showing the tunics and garments which Dorcas had made while she was with them.
Mothers Reward Not Monetary but something else. Seeing her children grow to become children of God. Moments of appreciation from others. Matthew 25:21 – “Well done, good and faithful servant, Enter into the joy of your Lord.”
Conclusion How can a mother be the example she needs to be? • By placing God and Christ first above all things. • By keeping the role which God has given to her. • By seeking the Reward of Heaven alone.
Conclusion The Role of “MOM” is NOT one which is designed for “DAD” Are you as a parent fulfilling your Biblical Role? Are you a member of the body of Christ headed for Heaven?
