PLC Continuum • Highlight current level of performance (80% of your school is performing at this level) • Highlight twonext steps on the Continuum to advance your PLC performance • Create a Key • Create a copy of the continuum for you and one to turn in to your Associate Superintendent – “ticket out” • Next Steps “worksheet” …working with your team develop your next steps to advance on one of your Continuum indicators
PLC…Vegas Style!!!! • Game Rules • Two Schools per game • All Teams start on Path 1 • The school rolling the highest number on die goes first • If a player lands on Chance!, team should draw a card, read card out loud, and follow directions • Teams landing on the Learning and Results squares follow directions on board • The object is to get to PLC Effectiveness. Teams do not have to roll the exact amount to reach EFFECTIVENESS at the end of the path. • Stand and call out your school name…when you reach EFFECTIVENESS…to receive the GRAND PRIZE
