Phylogenetic analyses by maximum likelihood method based on DNA gyrase B show isolates grouping with Serratia marcescens. The evolutionary history was inferred based on the Jones-Taylor-Thornton matrix-based model plus proportion of invariable sites( [+I], 34.195%). The percentage of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap test (1000 replicates) are shown next to the branches.
