PATH Reporting: The Roadmap Evaluate current data collection and current PATH Report. Develop recommendations for current PATH Report. Evaluate PATH data and reporting needs without regards to the current Report. Evaluate how steps #2 and #3 fit together.
PATH Reporting: The Roadmap Develop recommendations for revised PATH data standards & PATH Report. Assess HMIS capacity to meet recommendations from step #5. Document what changes are necessary to bring recommended reporting and HMIS into alignment. Develop implementation plan, timeline, and training requirements.
Table A DAC Recommendation: Table A requires further discussion and guidance, no recommendations at this time.

Table D Gender Categories DAC Recommendation: Add transgender categories.
Table D Race / Ethnicity DAC Recommendation: Separate race and ethnicity by including a question on ethnicity and removing Hispanic/Latino from race categories.
Table D Serious Mental Illness Diagnosis DAC Recommendation: Add question to indicate whether a formal diagnosis exists; only collect diagnosis for individuals who are diagnosed. This reinforces AWG recommendations that a written diagnosis is not required and will reduce selection of inappropriate categories.
