Condition Words with –ever: • Whenever you come, I’ll be at home. • I’ll be with you whatever you decide. • Whoever wins the election, nothing will change.
Contrast • Although/even though he had a bad leg, he still won the game. • I passed the exam even though/although I hadn’t studied. • We went to the concert despite/in spite of the rain • We went to the concert in spite of the fact that it was raining heavily.
