EQUITY RESTRUCTURING-Share price revaluation • We revaluate the price of the shares of a company of which we are doing equity restructuring. • Example : If the current price of the shares of the company is Rs10.But its actual valuation could be Rs 80.We bring the share price from Rs 10 to Rs 80 by using the technique market making.

  6. Market Making • Equity market making is a process in which we revaluate the share price of a listed company in a legal way. • We make the share prices to actual value by collecting / Buying back the public shares. • We do the entire process in accordance with SEBI and Exchange compliances.

  7. Investment Process & Benefit • Example • 1)The Investor buying 100000 shares of x company @Rs 10. • 2)Share price will be increased to Rs 80 by market making. • 3)Investor will get an exit at this level. • 4)Profits will be shared in a ratio of 60:40.(60 will be of investor).

  8. Investor Security and Investment Return Guarantee • Shares will be in investor demat account. He need to invest in his own demat or trading account with his broker • 21% will be the minimum guaranteed return per annum .Investor will get 21% of investment or Profit sharing of 60% which ever is higher. • Investment returns will be given to the investor on half yearly basis. • M2M will be paid to the investor if the share price comes down , but on weekly basis. • We secure the principle amount and guaranteed return of the investor.
