Learn how to insert clip art, charts, and stack objects in PowerPoint. Customize categories, import clips, and change clip art properties. Engage your audience with visually appealing presentations.

1st Feature Do you want to learn how to insert clip art into your PowerPoint presentation? This is how you would go about doing so: 1) Display the slide you want to add clip art or a picture to. 2) Click Insert Clip Art, and then click the Clip Art or Pictures tab. 3) Click the category you want, and then double-click the image.
1st Feature You can edit categories, import clips, or change clip art properties. Just click on the particular tab to do either one. Isn’t this feature neat?
2nd Feature Do you want to learn how to insert a chart into PowerPoint? You would do so as follows: 1) In Microsoft PowerPoint, click Insert Chart. 2) To replace the sample data, click a cell on the datasheet, and then type the information you want. 3) To return to PowerPoint, where you can move and size the chart, click outside the chart on the PowerPoint slide.
2nd Feature You also have the option to include the graph chart that will fit the data you give. This can be extremely helpful in convincing an audience to accept your point of view.
3rd Feature If you want to learn how to stack objects, or more specifically, how to send an object to the back, follow these steps: 1) Select the object you want to move. If the object is hidden, press TAB or SHIFT+TAB until it's selected. 2) On the Drawing toolbar, click Draw, point to Order, and then click Send to Back.
3rd Feature An example of this follows. Say I want to write text over an object, in other words, I want the object to be sent to the back of my text, then I will follow the instructions given on the previous page.
