  9. END RESULTS • THE BRITISH USED “HELL BURNERS’ TO DESTORY SOME GALLEONS AND THE SPANISH WERE CONFUSED. • THE WIND CHANGED DIRECTION AND BROKE UP THE SPANISH FORMATION; THIS ALLOWED THE BRITISH TO DESTROY THE SHIPS AS THEY HEADED NORTH AROUND SCOTLAND.
