Project Approach – Project Constraints • Buildings 222 & 223 must have at least one fully functional loading dock at all times (either 222’s or 223’s). • Building 223 fire department connection and fire alarm panel must be relocated prior to demo/excavation at 233 loading dock. • Work in Building 223 must be coordinated with grade/high school education activities. • School Bus drop-off and turn-around capabilities at southwest corner of Building 223 must be maintained during school year. • Pedestrian access from the north parking lot to Building 222 (East Entrance) must be maintained at all times. • Other Argonne constraints will be identified during review and approval of GC’s proposed schedule.
