Continuum of Learning Non linear process which should facilitate the transitions of learners to engage with new learning when needed, to recognise previously acquired learning for mobility and recognition purposes. Recognition of Prior Learning can facilitate these transitions through the recognition of previously acquired formal, informal and non-formal learning which builds on what the learner already knows

CIT and BSCi • Learning clinic • Key talent upskilling requirement • Customised course development factoring in RPL and Work Based Learning • Expanded for other companies through Skillnet • An additional customised course development for a different cohort of the organisation building on RPL and work based learning in development.

  11. Research basis • VISKA – Validation of learning of low skilled, migrants and refugees • EvaVol – Validation of learning of volunteers • Fit4fof – Validation of workplace skills for the factory of the future • Coderdojo – Validation of skills acquired through programming
