  4. ePOC is a multi-stage project • Research Methodologies • Pre-Implementation frameworks • Focus Groups • Pre and Post Implementation Questionnaires • Workflow Analysis • Workplace Observations • Software Development • System Testing • User Training

  5. ePOC Project Scope • Client: TACT Illawarra Only • Hardware: Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) • Wireless Synching • Tablet PCs ??? • Software: CHIME Interfacing • ePOC Geographic Scope • TACT Illawarra work area • Helensburgh in the north to Gerroa in the south
