Plan one hike per month June, July, August Qualifies for awards Add more if you like Identify Hike Leaders Try to find 1 per Den May not need all Take out on trial run Plan ahead Provide plenty of notice Schedule rain date for each Remember two deep leadership 4 adults per hiking group Pick hike locations ahead of time and include in Program Get headcount ! Needed to successfully split into groups & identify proper volunteers Pack Program
