D/F repeat policy • Any course in which you earn a D or F until and including the semester in which you complete 60 GPA hours can be repeated at a WVU school until graduation. (GPA hours include all courses with any grade.) • The original hours and grade will no longer affect your GPA. • The second attempt is the grade that counts (for better or worse) • Suggested: D/F repeat a sequential class before progressing. • Take BIOL 115 and earn a passing grade before taking BIOL 117. • If you have the Promise Scholarship and D/F repeat a course, you may need to take summer classes.
