Mission • The mission of University of Nevada, Las Vegas Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders (UNLV CASD) is to conduct community-focused research and educational training on individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), their families, and community service providers in Southern Nevada. The goal of UNLV CASD is to be a nationally recognized leader in the field of ASD through high quality research and training.

Current Programs • BCBA Approved Course Sequence • Courses can be taken separately or aligned with a M.Ed. in Special Education • Project Focus • Post-Secondary Education program for college age students with Autism and/or Intellectual Disabilities • Dual Licensure Grant • Funds 50+ teachers M.Ed. education licensure courses • Research Projects • Increasing student classroom response opportunities
Upcoming Programs • Continuing Education Units for BCBAs / BCaBAs (Spring, 2017) • RBT Training (Spring, 2017) • BCaBA program at the undergraduate level (Fall, 2017) • Practicum Sites approved by BACB for required supervision hours towards certification (Spring, 2018)
