Conference Admin/Security • Please display your conference nametag prominently at all times • Conference sessions are UNCLASSIFIED • No classified discussions are authorized at the hotel • If necessary, arrangements can be made with USNORTHCOM for offsite classified discussions • Fire safety: if alarm sounds, exit IAW Crowne Plaza Hotel maps posted in lobby, hallways and rooms

Conference Support Room • Administrative/Operations Room is located in the Concourse Area in vicinity of Foothills Room: • Phones, faxes, reproduction, and messages • Messages will be posted on the bulletin board outside the entrance to the Admin/Ops Room • Emergency contact phone number after hours • Your command/organization should contact Hotel Front Desk at Commercial: 719-576-5900

4. Conference Admin/Logistics • Messing: See Visitor Information Booklet for locations and hours • Thibodeaux’s, Market Place, and Rick’s Bar • • Smoking Area: Smoking is limited within the hotel. Smoking areas are located outside the main entrance and in the center courtyard. • • Rest Rooms: All floors, see maps • General Purpose Meeting Rooms:See Visitor Information Booklet for locations and reservation procedures • Telephones: Admin/Ops Room and on Main / Lower floor of hotel • Internet Café: Colorado Salon D (Please be considerate of others waiting for access) • 20 internet capable laptops • CAC Readers • 2 B&W printers • 9 internet connections for personal laptops • Wireless Internet Access: Lobby, Concourses, Thibodeaux’s, Market Place

5. Command/Organization Meeting Rooms • General Purpose Meeting Rooms /Breakout Rooms are located on the first floor and are available by request for command specific meetings, as needed. • Sign up sheet is located at the Admin desk in the foyer

Rules of Engagement Conference Norms • This is a participatory, non-attribution forum -- help everyone understand your point of view and respect everyone’s right to do the same • The need for consensus may sacrifice optimum performance for some to establish common ground • We’re constrained by time and attacking complex issues -- help us work through an aggressive agenda • Keep the right level of detail for the entire audience and conference objectives • Minimize side-bars, wait to be recognized, and stay focused Be constructive, not destructive
