User Guideline ■ User Guideline for Harvard Manage Mentor ● Participants Criteria → Regular Employees in Samsung Electronics ● Registration (subject) Process → Register for course ▶ System Approval ▶ Course Start ▶ Course Finish ● Course Starting dates → Courses start on 1st day and 15th day of each month. → In November 2009, Employees can register from 11th to 17th of November Courses start from 20th of November for a month. → From December 2009, course start from 1st and 15th day in a month regularly.

  3. ● Course Registration Period → Start dates of course are 1st and 15th day of the month (Fixed date; can not change) ※ When you start course from 1st day of month You can register course from 16th to 28th of month. (Administrator will approve from 29th to 30th) ※ When you start course from 15th day of month You can register course from 1st to 12th of month. (Administrator will approve from 13th to 14th) ● Study period (Fixed) : 1 month from course start date ● Key Factors for the Course Completion

  4. 2. Open a new account ■ Opening Process of ID & Password : 6 Steps Step1. Connect to www.harvard-samsung.net Step2. Click “First Time User” button Step3. Enter your Single mail address

  5. Step4. Check your temporary password sent from system to your Single mail account Step5. Sign in with your Single mail address & the temporary password Step6. Change you temporary password to your own new password * should be more than 8 digits. * should be a combination with alphabets & number

  6. 3. Registration of course ■ Registration Process of course Step1. Connect to www.harvard-samsung.net and sign in. Step2. Select Category(01) from Quick Sign-up menu. Step3. Select Topic(02) from Category(01). Step4. Click “Sign up” button in Description(03). Step5. Select “Startdate” and “Manager(Auth)”. Step6. Click “Sign up” button below.
