Major Change • Shuttle Schedule Interface • By Tech Node/Tech Type*Characterization/IO display. • Booking Interface • Only device profile match shuttle information device could book successfully. • For not match case system will show not match information. • FSR Interface • Align NTO FSR interface. • LDDI Interface • Align NTO LDDI interface.

  3. Shuttle Schedule Interface System Interface: Updated Information 1. By Tech Node/Tech Type/IO display. 2. Display Shuttle Name and Process Fab with shuttle cutoff date. 3. Same shuttle with Different Tech Node/Tech Type/IO will display at different row.

  4. Booking Interface System Interface: Updated Information 1. Only device profile match shuttle information device could book successfully. 2. For not match case system will show not match information. Note: ?P?M showed is maximum accepted number.

  5. FSR Interface (1/2) System Interface: Updated Information 1. FSR Process Technology interface follow NTO. 2. For MPW not support option/layers system will show not support items and FSR cannot complete.

  6. FSR Interface (2/2) System Interface: Updated Information 3. Reticle information align NTO. 4. Add sub-die saw information and could upload sub-die saw floor plan.

  7. LDDI Interface (1/3) System Interface: Updated Information 1. Click Add/Update bottom to enter edit interface. 2. Customer can edit single layer by action bottom or batch edit at same page.

  8. LDDI Interface (2/3) System Interface: Note: * means layer generate base on 1st submitted FSR information. √means customer request layers (align NTO) Updated Information 4. Base on 1st FSR information auto generate request layers information for reference. 5. For other layers keep gds and LOTA blank. 6. Customer could update Tape-Out Layers (align NTO).

  9. LDDI Interface (3/3) System Interface: Updated Information 7. BEOL Metal/Via auto repeating for reference. 8. For customer select dummy rule cases, related dummy reference layer will display at bottom. 9. After customer saved LDDI, LOTA reference layers will display at edit interface.
